A court order has been issued directing ll county and municipal prosecutors to identify all DWI cases they prosecuted between 2008-2016 wherein Trooper marc Dennis performed the calibration on the Alcotest machine. The Supreme Court has appointed a retired judge to review Trooper Dennis' cases to determine whether they need to be re-opened. In Monmouth County the Prosecutor's office has already begun identifying and contacting defendants who's cases may have been tainted.
